About the Role
As part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team, the Commercial Sales Enablement Manager will drive revenue growth by architecting and delivering strategic enablement programs that equip Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-Market sales teams with the strategies, skills, content, and tools necessary to accelerate productivity and win rates. You will operate as an autonomous subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Commercial Sales leadership, developing comprehensive enablement roadmaps and translating global strategic vision into clear context for the field.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic business partner and advisor to Commercial sales leaders (SMB & Mid-Market), aligning enablement roadmaps with segment goals, market insights, and seller needs.
- Drive and deliver comprehensive tool enablement across all GTM roles, establishing best practices and maximizing adoption of CRM, outreach platforms, LMS, and enterprise AI tools.
- Design, execute, and govern high-impact enablement initiatives—including major product launches, sales methodologies, and MEDDPICC reinforcement—tailored to accelerate win rates and seller productivity.
- Deliver interactive virtual and in-person enablement sessions that build core business acumen and value-based selling skills, providing continuous coaching to reinforce long-term behavioral change.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to streamline messaging, optimize enablement workflows, and maintain an ongoing feedback loop between field teams and executive leadership.
- Track sales performance, tool utilization, and productivity KPIs to measure ROI, resolve skill gaps, and continuously refine enablement strategies.
Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales training, GTM program management, or sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in B2B sales cycles, value-selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC), and modern GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LMS/enablement platforms.
- Proven track record of operating with high autonomy, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-impact programs with minimal day-to-day direction.
- Exceptional communicator and facilitator who excels at aligning diverse stakeholders, explaining complex concepts clearly, and building credibility across matrixed organizations.
- Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.
