About the Role

This role will build and operate the systems that help Talent Development measure success, partnering with program owners to translate goals into meaningful metrics, create usable reporting and dashboards, and turn data into practical insights for program improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and continuously improve reporting, dashboard, survey, and measurement systems for Talent Development.
  • Partner with Talent Development leaders to translate program goals into measurable outcomes and metrics.
  • Turn quantitative data and qualitative feedback into actionable insights for program reviews and leadership decision-making.
  • Maintain trusted data sources, improve reporting consistency, and establish standards for performance data collection and use.
  • Support the rollout of new Talent Development systems by measuring adoption and identifying friction.
  • Partner with Operations, Program Leaders, Tech, and Strategy and Enablement to ensure measurement supports execution and improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years building reporting, analytics, or performance measurement systems.
  • Experience creating dashboards, surveys, or measurement frameworks that supported business decisions.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience partnering across teams to improve programs or operations.
  • Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Experience with survey or BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience with learning analytics, people analytics, or program operations preferred.
