About the Role
Roland Berger is seeking curious, creative, and strategic individuals to join their consulting team. As a Junior Consultant, you will work on challenging business problems for leading organizations, gaining early responsibility and cross-industry experience. You will contribute to client work from day one, learning from experienced colleagues and developing skills for a successful career.

Requirements
- On track to achieve, or have already achieved, a 2:1 equivalent or above in either 2026 or 2027.
- Gained at least eight weeks of work experience (can be a combination of part-time work, internships, volunteering, academic projects, or other experiences).
- Strong analytical thinking, quantitative reasoning, structured problem-solving, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to structure information clearly, analyze and challenge information, and communicate ideas confidently in both written and verbal English.
- Genuine curiosity about business and consulting.
- Enjoy learning quickly and motivated by solving challenging problems.
- Openness to learning about new industries, clients, and challenges.
- Comfortable working flexibly across different environments.
- Willingness to travel regularly, sometimes at short notice.
- Comfortable with hybrid working and travel from day one.
- Applications must include a covering letter detailing motivation, areas of interest, and transferable skills.
- Genuine comfort with the level of travel and mobility required in consulting.
Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with data, analysis, or modelling.
- AI literacy, understanding how AI can be applied effectively and responsibly to research, analysis, problem-solving, and productivity.
- Additional languages, particularly European languages.
- Leadership.
- Entrepreneurial initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
