About the Role
Neo Q is seeking a Senior Product Owner with a strong clinical interoperability background to develop new AI products and RadioReport add-ons. This role involves working at the intersection of radiology workflows, clinical integrations, compliance, and product strategy, owning the product direction from discovery through rollout.
Responsibilities
- Shape the vision and roadmap for AI product portfolio and new RadioReport add-ons.
- Understand clinical workflows, integration needs, and product opportunities by working directly with radiologists, customers, and partners.
- Manage product development from discovery to launch, including defining value propositions, MVPs, success criteria, validating assumptions, and guiding continuous improvement.
- Lead the product side of complex customer and partner integration projects by clarifying outcomes, scope, interfaces, dependencies, and decisions, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
- Own and prioritize the Product Backlog, translating clinical workflows, interoperability constraints, compliance requirements, and business needs into clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the development team to evaluate AI use cases, shape feasible solutions, and balance user value, business impact, technical constraints, data protection, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Align management, developers, clinical experts, customers, and partners on priorities, risks, and trade-offs.
- Communicate product and project progress clearly.
Requirements
- Several years of Product Ownership or Product Management experience with complex healthcare software.
- Substantial customer-facing project leadership in Healthcare IT, MedTech, or clinical diagnostics.
- Strong working knowledge of clinical interoperability, healthcare integrations, and relevant environments or standards such as RIS/PACS, DICOM, HL7/FHIR, and APIs.
- Experience translating compliance, data protection, information security, and regulatory requirements into product and project decisions.
- Strong product judgment, entrepreneurial thinking, and confidence to make and defend priorities in an evolving environment.
- Practical understanding of the opportunities and limitations of technologies such as generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and speech processing.
- Ability to understand technical topics and translate between clinical, commercial, and development perspectives.
- Experience with agile product development, backlog management, and outcome-oriented delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
- German skills are a strong advantage.
- Experience with radiology reporting, AI-enabled clinical software, or international healthcare integrations is a strong advantage.
