About the Role

As a Set-Up Technician, your day is focused on preparing equipment for delivery, demonstration, and customer use. You’ll work closely with the sales and service teams to help create a smooth customer experience and ensure equipment is delivered ready to work. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following detailed processes, and taking pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and service equipment and attachments sold by the dealership.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections on equipment and merchandise.
• Prepare equipment for customer delivery and demonstrations.
• Install and support Integrated Solutions (IS) products as needed.
• Operate and maintain tools, vehicles, forklifts, and equipment used in the setup process.
• Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership standards during assembly and setup.
• Complete required paperwork, inspection reports, and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Track time and materials used during setup assignments.
• Support teammates across departments to ensure equipment readiness.

Requirements

• Ability to assemble machinery components and follow manufacturer setup procedures.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles, tools, forklifts, and equipment used in setup and delivery processes.
• Basic knowledge of engines, hydraulics, powertrain, electrical, and air-conditioning systems.
• Ability to use service advisor and basic computer systems.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license.
