About the Role

Join our Software team and take our company to the next level by developing innovative solutions that address the need for efficient data collection, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and profile client server applications.
  • Build a new, API-first, microservices cloud platform.
  • Code C# and .NET applications.
  • Leverage AI tools effectively throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Develop C#, .NET applications.
  • Write full-stack applications with HTML, CSS, JS, etc.
  • Write RESTful APIs.
  • Deploy services to cloud providers (Azure cloud, AWS, GCP).
  • Deploy software to a containerized environment (Docker, Kubernetes, etc).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience developing C#, .NET applications.
  • 5+ years of experience working with RDBMS (MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc).
  • 5+ years of experience writing full-stack applications with HTML, CSS, JS, etc.
  • Experience with .NET 8+.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc).
  • Experience writing software for and deploying services to cloud providers (Azure cloud, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience deploying software to a containerized environment (Docker, Kubernetes, etc).
  • Experience writing RESTful APIs.
  • Thorough understanding of microservices architecture, service scalability and performance optimization.
  • Thorough understanding of OOP, lightweight processes, memory, data storage, user interfaces, and networking.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (visa sponsorship is not provided).
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team at solving problems.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate software delivery.
  • Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and profiling client server applications.
  • Working knowledge of software development life cycle methodology, preferably within an agile environment (SCRUM, Kanban).
  • Practical knowledge of API-first design.
  • Hands-on experience coding C# and .NET.
  • Experience with spec-driven or design-first development practices.
  • Experience with React, Angular or similar technology a plus.
  • Experience with NoSQL a plus.
  • Experience with IAM technologies a plus.
