About the Role
As a Document and Plan Flow Manager, you will structure and control project-relevant information, creating the foundation for efficient processes, transparent communication, and sustainable project success.
Responsibilities
- Document management: Creation, analysis, and structuring of project-related documents and data while ensuring quality.
- Process security: Establishment of standardized and efficient workflows in document and plan flow management.
- Communication: Coordination of project participants and ensuring a smooth flow of information.
- Knowledge transfer: Support for stakeholders in optimizing document and information structures.
- Further development: Continuous optimization of processes, methods, and standards.
Requirements
- Completion of a commercial, technical, or project-related apprenticeship or a comparable degree.
- Experience and knowledge in document and/or plan flow management (min. 2 years), ideally in the construction or infrastructure sector, including process management and structured working methods.
- Software knowledge in digital document management systems and relevant IT tools.
- High level of accuracy, strong affinity for processes, communication and teamwork skills, and willingness to familiarize yourself with related topics and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Willingness to travel and very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
