About the Role
As a Project Manager (m/f/d) in Construction & Infrastructure Management, you will coordinate and manage complex construction and infrastructure projects, contributing to transparent decision-making and successful implementation within cost, time, and quality targets.
Responsibilities
- Project management across all service phases, including change and decision management.
- Support in establishing transparent structures for tracking cost, schedule, and performance targets.
- Coordination of all project participants to ensure efficient collaboration.
- Ensuring clear communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Actively supporting process development by contributing own project experience.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Architecture, or comparable education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge in construction and/or infrastructure projects, project management, controlling, and scheduling, including project management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or comparable tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and structured work approach.
- Willingness to engage in related topics and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good command of German, both written and spoken.
