About the Role
This position involves direct contact with older adults with memory problems, including administration of cognitive tests and rating scales, data entry, regulatory affairs, and scientific manuscript writing, all under supervision. A demonstrable interest in aging and Alzheimer's disease is required.
Responsibilities
- Administer cognitive tests and rating scales.
- Establish and maintain study-related regulatory tasks and reviews.
- Perform screening procedures, assessments, and outcome monitoring protocols (in-person and over Zoom/phone).
- Assist with manuscript and presentation preparation using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Perform blood draw protocols after receiving standard phlebotomy training.
- Communicate and interact with study participants through interviews, questionnaires, and performance tasks.
- Coordinate lab meetings and document meeting contents.
Requirements
- MA or MS in psychology, neuroscience, or relevant field.
- Demonstrable interest in aging and Alzheimer's disease.
