About the Role
Join the Derivatives team at Euronext as a Sales - Derivatives and Clearing Associate, reporting to the Head of Sales Derivatives Trading. This role is crucial for acquiring new business, upselling to existing clients, and originating new clients to increase volumes and revenues on the Euronext platform.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new business by upselling to existing clients and originating new clients to the platform, increasing volumes and revenues with Euronext.
- Partner with Product teams to optimize and expand the client value proposition and increase revenues.
- Raise new client requirements and ensure they are communicated effectively to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support and execute the sales strategy.
- Work closely with the wider trading and sales team to share insights, coordinate on client opportunities, and maximize commercial impact.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in sales, ideally within financial services or capital markets.
- Solid product knowledge in derivatives and a good understanding of of clearing services.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and customer-oriented with a numbers-driven approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
