About the Role
The Project Manager role is a new, fixed-term position supporting the “Our Working Environment” project. This project focuses on optimizing the office estate and ensuring a fit-for-purpose hybrid working policy. The role requires experience in managing large-scale estate projects within complex environments with multiple dependencies and competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support the “Our Working Environment” project within the Organisational Development (OD) programme.
- Ensure the office estate is optimized.
- Ensure a fit-for-purpose hybrid working policy is in place.
- Set up and manage significant, organisation-wide estate projects focused on the transformation of the office estate and hybrid working arrangements.
- Manage complex dependencies and competing priorities.
- Collaborate and communicate with a range of stakeholders.
- Handle sensitivities and legal requirements.
- Manage a complex office estate transformation project as part of a wider internal organisational change programme.
- Work with other project managers and programme workstream leads.
- Identify and manage internal and external challenges and risks related to the project.
- Provide advice to the Executive Sponsor and Head of OD Programme on project oversight and success.
Requirements
- Solid experience of setting up and managing significant, organisation-wide estate projects.
- Experience focused on the transformation of the office estate and hybrid working arrangements.
- Experience in a complex environment with multiple dependencies and competing priorities.
- Experience collaborating and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience managing numerous complex dependencies.
- Experience handling sensitivities and legal requirements.
- Experience managing a complex office estate transformation project as part of a wider internal organisational change programme.
- Experience working with other project managers and programme workstream leads.
- Ability to identify and manage internal and external challenges and risks.
- Ability to provide key advice to senior stakeholders.
