About the Role

We are looking for an engaging and driven Bartender to join our team at the London EDITION. EDITION is a global luxury lifestyle hotel that encompasses great design and true innovation with modern, luxury service and outstanding food, beverage and entertainment offerings.

Responsibilities

• Gain an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks and food menu
• Prepare orders at the highest quality level
• Engage with guests, get to know our regulars and learn to anticipate their needs
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
• Work with the kitchen and F&B teams
• Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests a unique experience

Requirements

• A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent service skills
• Ability to create a memorable experience for guests
• Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant
• A team player approach
• Flexibility with working hours
• Ability to work weekends and nights
