About the Role
Join tonies as a working student in the IT Strategy & Governance team to support experts in driving sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architect, IT Governance Analyst, and Manager Trust & Security to define IT strategy, standards, and guardrails, enabling employees to deliver secure and stable products to a growing global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Assess the tonies system landscape for strategic fit.
- Support strategic IT projects (e.g., master data management, license fees/royalties, e-commerce).
- Maintain Enterprise Architecture documentation in LeanIX.
- Pre-qualify new software requests and advise cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Data/AI, Purchasing, Legal).
- Maintain the tonies application portfolio (System Ownership, CIA-Scoring, Costs, Usage, etc.).
- Optimize renewal processes by assisting in the creation and updating of the software license renewal plan.
- Set up and iteratively develop IT security online training modules for employees.
- Support ISO 27001, ITIL, and general compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field).
- Strong interest in IT architecture, enterprise security, and governance standards.
- Conscious use of modern tools – with the motto 'Think First, AI Second'.
- Familiarity with common productivity suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented with a willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient German language skills are required (English is a plus).
