About the Role

You will coordinate the operational implementation of the project, from concrete work and schedule planning to coordination with artists, experts, educational institutions, and other stakeholders, through to the execution, follow-up, and documentation of project activities. You will significantly contribute to shaping the project's antisemitism-critical educational offerings. You will bring your knowledge of current manifestations of antisemitism in pop culture, media, and digital spaces, further develop workshops, training sessions, and materials in close coordination with your direct supervisor and the involved subject matter experts, and conduct educational formats yourself. You will also keep an eye on the various project components, deadlines, and dependencies, ensure reliable agreements, and make potential issues or necessary adjustments visible early on. This is how you contribute to ensuring that the project's diverse offerings are implemented with sound expertise, good coordination, and target-group relevance.

Responsibilities

Design antisemitism-critical educational offerings and bring knowledge of current manifestations of antisemitism, codes, and narratives.
Engage with antisemitism in pop culture, media, and digital spaces, translating complex content into understandable and target-group-appropriate educational offerings.
Develop workshops, training sessions, toolkits, and digital learning content, ensuring their continuous development.
Prepare materials, methods, and processes suitable for specific formats and target groups.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, or moderated exchange formats with young people and educational professionals as needed.
Safely guide groups and create a respectful and discrimination-sensitive learning environment.
Incorporate Jewish perspectives reflectively and ensure respectful and responsible collaboration.
Plan, coordinate, and accompany the implementation of various project activities, from workshops and training sessions to toolkits, video portraits, digital content, and the planned final event.
Translate agreed-upon project goals into concrete tasks, deadlines, and next steps in collaboration with your direct supervisor.
Monitor agreements, work statuses, deadlines, and dependencies, and make necessary clarifications or adjustments visible early on.
Coordinate the organizational preparation, execution, and follow-up of educational offerings.
Collaborate closely with Jewish artists, experts, and other involved professionals.
Coordinate with schools, teachers, educational professionals, educational institutions, and other cooperation partners.
Support the recruitment of suitable institutions and participants for project offerings and establish reliable access to target groups.
Accompany the development and implementation of digital offerings and provide feedback from practice for their further development.
Comprehensively and clearly document project activities, reached target groups, feedback, and relevant key figures.
Prepare experiences and feedback from workshops, training sessions, and other offerings for evaluation, reports, and project development.
Reliably document materials, contacts, agreements, and work statuses, particularly in Notion and Teams.
Identify recurring needs, challenges, and potential improvements from implementation practice.
Derive concrete impulses for content, materials, and processes together with the responsible roles.
Provide the necessary technical and operational information for digital content and public relations to communication.

Requirements

First professional experience (one to two years) in political or antisemitism-critical education, project coordination, project management, or a comparable field.
Sound knowledge of antisemitism, its current manifestations, and antisemitic codes and narratives.
Ability to professionally contextualize antisemitism in pop culture, media, and digital spaces and prepare it understandably for different target groups.
Experience in developing or conducting workshops, training sessions, or other educational formats and working with young people, teachers, educational professionals, or other multipliers.
Ability to safely guide groups and convey complex content in an understandable, low-threshold, and discrimination-sensitive manner.
Reflective and responsible handling of Jewish perspectives.
Experience in structuring, coordinating, and documenting educational offerings or projects, maintaining an overview even with parallel appointments and coordination.
Confident communication with various internal and external contacts, acting reliably, friendly, and solution-oriented.
Ability to evaluate feedback and experiences from implementation and derive concrete improvements for content, materials, or processes.
Proficiency in digital work and communication tools or quick adaptation to new systems.
Residency in Berlin and willingness to travel regularly within Berlin for workshops, events, and other project appointments.
Value-based, inclusive, and discrimination-sensitive work approach.
Very good German language skills (written and spoken). Good English skills are an advantage.
