About the Role

You will coordinate the operational implementation of the project, from concrete work and schedule planning to coordination with artists, experts, educational institutions, and other stakeholders, through to the execution, follow-up, and documentation of project activities. You will significantly contribute to shaping the project's anti-antisemitic educational offerings, applying your knowledge of current forms of antisemitism in pop culture, media, and digital spaces, developing workshops, training sessions, and materials in close coordination with your direct supervisor and involved subject matter experts, and conducting educational formats yourself. You will also keep an eye on the various project components, deadlines, and dependencies, ensure reliable agreements, and make potential issues or necessary adjustments visible early on. This role contributes to the sound, well-coordinated, and target-group-oriented implementation of the project's diverse offerings.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the operational implementation of the project, including work and schedule planning, coordination with stakeholders, and documentation of activities.
Shape the project's anti-antisemitic educational offerings by contributing knowledge on current forms of antisemitism in pop culture, media, and digital spaces.
Develop workshops, training sessions, and materials in coordination with supervisors and experts.
Conduct educational formats.
Monitor project components, deadlines, and dependencies, ensuring agreements and identifying potential issues.
Plan, coordinate, and accompany the implementation of project activities, including workshops, training, digital content, and final events.
Translate project goals into concrete tasks, deadlines, and next steps.
Coordinate the organizational preparation, execution, and follow-up of educational offerings.
Collaborate closely with Jewish artists, experts, and other involved professionals.
Coordinate with schools, teachers, educational staff, and other cooperation partners.
Support the recruitment of suitable institutions and participants for project offerings.
Accompany the development and implementation of digital offerings and provide feedback for their further development.
Document project activities, target groups reached, feedback, and key figures.
Prepare experiences and feedback for evaluation, reports, and project development.
Reliably document materials, contacts, agreements, and work statuses, particularly in Notion and Teams.
Identify recurring needs, challenges, and improvement potentials from implementation practice.
Derive concrete impulses for content, materials, and processes from these findings.
Provide necessary technical and operational information for digital content and public relations.

Requirements

1-2 years of professional experience in political or anti-antisemitic education, project coordination, project management, or a comparable field.
Sound knowledge of antisemitism, its current manifestations, and antisemitic codes and narratives.
Ability to professionally contextualize antisemitism in pop culture, media, and digital spaces and prepare it for different target groups.
Experience in developing or conducting workshops, training sessions, or other educational formats.
Experience working with young people, teachers, educational staff, or other multipliers.
Ability to safely guide groups and convey complex content in an understandable, low-threshold, and discrimination-sensitive manner.
Reflective and responsible handling of Jewish perspectives.
Experience in structuring, coordinating, and documenting educational offerings or projects, maintaining an overview even with parallel appointments and coordination.
Confident communication with various internal and external contacts, acting reliably, friendly, and solution-oriented.
Ability to evaluate feedback and experiences from implementation and derive concrete improvements for content, materials, or processes.
Proficiency in digital work and communication tools or quick adaptation to new systems.
Residency in Berlin and willingness to travel regularly within Berlin for workshops, events, and project appointments.
Value-based, inclusive, and discrimination-sensitive work approach.
Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
Good English language skills are an advantage.
