About the Role
Seeking a Guidewire Certified Business Analyst Professional with 10 years of experience in IT Consulting and Insurance, including strong expertise as a Guidewire Functional SME. The candidate should possess excellent delivery leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with deep knowledge of London Market Insurance and Guidewire Insurance Suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution workshops with business stakeholders.
- Drive solution design, functional architecture, release planning, scoping, and backlog management.
- Manage end-to-end product delivery, UAT, and business signoffs.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Act as the functional SME for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in IT Consulting and Insurance.
- Strong expertise as a Guidewire Functional SME.
- Excellent delivery leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of London Market Insurance and Guidewire Insurance Suite.
Skills
- Guidewire Certification preferred
- Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
- Deep understanding of London Market Insurance, Specialty Commercial Lines Underwriting, Claims, and Billing processes
- Hands-on experience in Agile Scrum methodologies, requirements management, and release planning
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
