About the Role

Seeking a Guidewire Certified Business Analyst Professional with 10 years of experience in IT Consulting and Insurance, including strong expertise as a Guidewire Functional SME. The candidate should possess excellent delivery leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with deep knowledge of London Market Insurance and Guidewire Insurance Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Drive solution design, functional architecture, release planning, scoping, and backlog management.
  • Manage end-to-end product delivery, UAT, and business signoffs.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams in Agile delivery environments.
  • Act as the functional SME for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in IT Consulting and Insurance.
  • Strong expertise as a Guidewire Functional SME.
  • Excellent delivery leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of London Market Insurance and Guidewire Insurance Suite.

Skills

  • Guidewire Certification preferred
  • Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
  • Deep understanding of London Market Insurance, Specialty Commercial Lines Underwriting, Claims, and Billing processes
  • Hands-on experience in Agile Scrum methodologies, requirements management, and release planning
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
