About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will lead a team and actively shape the economic success of your gas station with a shop. Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., retail, gastronomy, trade specialist, business administration, or similar)
- Initial leadership experience, e.g., as branch manager, deputy branch manager, or team leader
- Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment of interacting with people and working in daily operations
