About the Role

The Reform Accelerator is a twelve-week, full-time, paid programme inside Reform UK's headquarters. You will be working on all aspects of our party operations and will help us as we gear up for the 2027 local elections and an upcoming general election.

Responsibilities

• Two weeks of induction covering party operations, campaign strategies, and communication.
• Ten weeks embedded in HQ departments including Digital, Press, Research, Policy, Campaigns, and Events.
• Undertake real work with real deadlines in a high-stakes political environment.

• Ambitious, hungry, and fast learners.
• Ability to perform the required tasks.
• Must complete all application tasks.
