About the Role

The Dishwasher will maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for kitchen equipment, assist with kitchen prep work, and contribute to an excellent guest experience, aligning with the company's mission to provide the best beverages and pizza in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, pizza trays, glassware, utensils, and cookware
• Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter
• Sets up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks
• Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift through sweeping and mopping
• Helps other team members to unload and store deliveries
• Cleans kitchen appliances and machines as needed
• Takes out trash
• May assist in prepping and portioning pizza toppings
• Monitors inventory and notifies management of low stock levels
• Keeps work areas and overall kitchen sanitized and clean
• Performs other kitchen duties as assigned

Requirements

• Able to consistently work Thursday - Sunday
• Previous work experience as a Dishwasher in a professional setting preferred
• Must be 18 or older to apply
• Ability to obtain a food handler's license is required
• Understand and adhere to food safety procedures and regulations
• Report sanitation issues promptly
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent illness
• Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift and lift up to 20lbs regularly without assistance
• Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team cohesively
• Excellent communication skills
