About the Role

Securitas is seeking two security officers for mobile patrol duties within residential properties. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of residents and properties through various checks and response actions.

Responsibilities

• Conducting mobile patrols in residential areas.
• Opening and closing apartments, basements, and other spaces.
• Performing inspection rounds in residential complexes and buildings.
• Checking apartments and properties for potential emergencies, damages, or technical issues.
• Documenting any irregularities and forwarding them to the appropriate departments.
• Assisting in emergencies and short-notice deployments.
• Ensuring traffic safety and order in the supervised properties.

Requirements

• Driver's license Class B required.
• Security knowledge §34a according to GewO required.
• Security ID card is mandatory.
• Reliable and independent work style.
• Sense of responsibility and careful handling.
• Friendly and confident demeanor towards tenants and service providers.
• Basic technical understanding is an advantage.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
