About the Role
Join FC Viktoria Berlin as we play in the 2. Bundesliga starting in the 2025/26 season. We are building a community and a movement that redefines women's football in Germany, aiming to be modern, bold, and inclusive.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of matchday and event activations.
- Manage logistics and material organization, including setup, teardown, and branding.
- Handle guest list management, invitation processes, and communication with partners and guests.
- Provide onsite support on matchdays, serving as a point of contact for partners and the community.
- Create checklists and process plans.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups, including reporting, documenting learnings, and photo documentation.
- Respond to messages via social media, email, and other channels, addressing inquiries like ticket requests and fan questions.
- Forward inquiries to the appropriate club contacts.
- Assist in building and maintaining fan and partner relationships.
- Monitor relevant social media channels, trends, and best practices in women's football, sports, and entertainment.
- Research potential partners, initiatives, projects, and community formats.
- Gather fan insights through comments, surveys, and feedback.
- Maintain overviews, lists, and databases for contacts, partner activations, and event checklists.
- Organize materials, reports, and learnings in a structured manner.
- Contribute to communication and maintenance of our media distribution list, including blog posts and press releases.
- Participate in creating social media posts and managing appearances of key individuals.
- Assist with the preparation and follow-up of selected appointments and appearances.
- Maintain a simple content and schedule overview for key communication formats.
- Coordinate closely with the communication and community team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university (major not critical, but attitude is; e.g., Communications, Media, Sports, Business, or Social Sciences).
- Possess organizational talent and enjoy structured implementation from start to finish.
- Have social media competence with initial practical experience on Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn being a plus.
- Possess a basic editorial understanding: value language and can formulate content for target audiences.
- Be open, communicative, and genuinely enjoy interacting with people, from fans to partners to team and staff.
- Enjoy live situations like matchdays, events, and activations, including evenings and weekends.
- Handle information confidentially and work very conscientiously.
- Interest in personal branding and leadership communication in sports.
- Very good written and spoken German skills.
- Good English skills are a plus.
