About the Role

Shape responsible sourcing on a global scale. Take a key role in strengthening supplier resilience, advancing sustainability, and ensuring responsible sourcing across our global procurement organization. Make a tangible impact in a highly international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the global Source-to-Pay / external posting: procurement sustainability and third-party risk framework
  • Lead supplier due diligence, ESG assessments, audits, and risk monitoring activities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant supply chain due diligence regulations
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, compliance, sustainability, HSE, finance, and IT stakeholders
  • Maintain risk dashboards, heat maps, and reporting for senior management
  • Drive continuous improvement of risk management processes, tools, and supplier standards
  • Lead training initiatives and support change management activities related to sustainability and risk programs

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in supply chain, procurement, risk management, compliance, or sustainability
  • Strong knowledge of ESG, supplier due diligence, risk assessment methodologies, and international supply chain regulations and frameworks (e.g., LkSG, CSDDD)
  • Experience with SAP, SRM systems, and data analysis/reporting tools
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management skills in global organizations
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate risk insights into actionable business decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across functions and cultures
  • Fluent English; German or additional languages are an advantage
