About the Role

This role focuses on managing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to support manufacturing sites. By digitizing the expertise of skilled technicians, this position aims to improve productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement appropriate data capture and utilization strategies, particularly for high-tech manufacturers.
• Contribute to the improvement of productivity and quality by digitizing and replicating the know-how of experienced technicians.

Requirements

• Experience in business consulting and product consulting.
• Experience in product design or process design within manufacturing companies.
• Experience overseeing the entire design process, from planning and product development to design, prototyping, manufacturing, and customer service.
• Experience in production management or quality control related to high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to collect and analyze various data generated during the manufacturing process for anomaly prediction, preventive maintenance, equipment status monitoring, and automated control.
• Skills in device and image pattern analysis.
