About the Role

Data & AI事業部は、データエンジニアリングとAIをコアテクノロジとして、大規模アプリケーション構築プロジェクトを多数担当する部署です。今後、同事業部内にインフラ構築プロジェクトを主導するリーダー候補を募集します。本ポジションはData & AIの組織としてプロジェクト型でインフラ構築案件の実行するロールです。オンプレミス・クラウドの形態は問わず、インフラの導入・構築プロジェクトを、要件定義から本番リリースまで一気通貫でリードする方、エンジニアを求めます。

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall scope of infrastructure construction projects (requirements definition to design, introduction, testing, and V-model for production release).
• Select and propose optimal construction methods from on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage schedule, cost, and quality.
• Manage risks and handle escalations.
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders (business, vendors, and internal departments).
• Instruct infrastructure engineer teams (requires prior infrastructure construction experience).
• Assign tasks, manage progress, estimate workload, and support member performance.
• Conduct acceptance inspections.
• Create technical documents, negotiate with vendors and external partners, and manage contracts.
• Design and construct on-premises or cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Project management experience (PM) with over 3 years of cross-functional project management experience in the infrastructure domain (PMO/PMI certification is a plus).
• Experience in executing infrastructure introduction and construction projects in a project format.
• Experience in V-architecture construction, having experienced all necessary construction phases from requirements definition to design, testing, and production release (for both PM and Engineer roles).

Skills

• Infrastructure foundation (data center facilities, network (L2/L3), servers (physical/virtual), storage, backup & DR)
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) introduction experience (any form)
• PM tools (MS Project/Jira/Confluence/Redmine) for project progress management
• Communication skills (customer coordination, reporting to partners and internal stakeholders)
