About the Role
You will manage and advise clients on complex, security-sensitive real estate and infrastructure projects, guiding them from strategic development through to successful commissioning. You will combine project management with technical expertise to create secure, sustainable, and future-proof solutions for public construction tasks.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the development, structuring, and implementation of demanding construction and infrastructure projects with special security requirements.
- Accompany new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects according to LBBau and RBBau across all project phases.
- Develop and implement project-specific organizational and control structures, considering security-related specifications.
- Develop economically viable, sustainable, and user-oriented project strategies.
- Actively manage deadlines, costs, quality, and project risks.
- Participate in acquisition, bid processing, and the expansion of long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in consulting or project management of demanding construction projects.
- Sound knowledge of processes and regulations in state and federal construction (LBBau / RBBau).
- Experience in advising public clients and in projects with increased security requirements (BSI-Grundschutzkatalog), confidentiality, and approval processes is advantageous.
- Ideally, knowledge from projects for federal or state authorities, security-relevant facilities, or special properties.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in developing sustainable customer relationships.
- Strong communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to undertake project-related travel.
