- Assess and synthesise broad organisational challenges to identify root causes, dependencies, and automation opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of AI projects, such as large scale AI driven agents, Slack-integrated agents, enterprise search, and n8n workflows.
- Define, track, and iterate on core success metrics, including financial savings, hours saved, ticket deflection rates, and AI adoption rates.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, operations, and senior stakeholders to manage dependencies and mitigate risks.
- Develop structured communications, status updates, and decision-support materials to maintain executive visibility.
Requirements
- Proven background in technical program management, product management, or strategic operations within a large enterprise.

- Experience managing integration of enterprise platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, Workday, Atlassian, n8n and other enterprise grade stacks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority and ask tactful yet challenging questions.
- Demonstrated ability to define and own product KPIs (e.g., SLA adherence, user satisfaction, financial impact) and translate ambiguous problems into clear, prioritised engineering backlogs.
