About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Night Auditor (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. The number of hours is negotiable. You will be responsible for welcoming and individually advising guests, ensuring they have a positive experience at the reception even during the night. You will manage smooth check-ins and check-outs, be available for guest inquiries, maintain a pleasant atmosphere, and ensure proactive communication within the hotel. Additionally, you will handle emails, phone calls, cash management, billing, and daily closing procedures.

Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hotel management
- Professional experience as a Night Auditor or in a comparable position
- Strong quality and responsibility awareness
- Reliable, flexible, and resilient
- Good communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level) for interacting with staff and guests
- Friendly demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
- Character and enthusiasm for delighting colleagues and guests
