About the Role

This role involves analyzing processes and customer requirements, defining solution approaches, and supporting clients in optimizing their supply chain or assortment processes. You will contribute best practices to ensure efficient, scalable, and future-proof client solutions, configure modern supply chain or space & assortment solutions, and empower users through training and close collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and customer requirements, define solution approaches, and support clients in optimizing their supply chain or assortment processes.
• Contribute best practices to design client solutions that are efficient, scalable, and future-proof.
• Configure modern supply chain or space & assortment solutions according to individual customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with customers and project teams, conduct customer training, and empower users for independent solution use.
• Support project acquisition, proposal preparation, and presales activities.

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable education in business informatics, economics, or computer science.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Management or Category Management.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, or experience in classic project management.
• Understanding of business processes, with the ability to analyze and model them structurally.
• Experience with configuration tools and data-driven solutions such as RELEX or o9.
• Confident use of AI tools in your field, critical evaluation of results, and support for clients and employees in leveraging AI potential.
• Very good German and English language skills for confident communication.
