About the Role
As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional cuisine across the Members' Dining Room and Château Latour Dining Room. Working alongside experienced chefs, you will assist with preparation, mise en place, and service while developing your culinary skills within a luxury private members club environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long term culinary career while learning from a highly skilled team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place in line with agreed recipes and standards
- Support the kitchen team during service across the Club's dining outlets
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
- Follow all HACCP and health and safety procedures
- Support stock rotation and minimise waste
- Work collaboratively with the wider culinary team to ensure smooth service
- Take pride in delivering high quality food and attention to detail in every dish
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience within a hotel, restaurant, members club, or similar environment is preferred
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Food Hygiene certification is advantageous
- Good knife skills and understanding of basic culinary techniques
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quality driven environment
- Good spoken English
- Right to Work in the UK

Salary/Compensations
- £40,000 annual package inclusive of base salary and service charge
