About the Role

Global Payments is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role will provide end-to-end recruitment support, ensuring a world-class recruitment process that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules interviews and travel between Candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Updates HRIS recruiting system for new hires and transfers and completes necessary paperwork.
• Maintains daily/weekly Candidate reports related to Talent Acquisition.
• Processes background check invoice payments and tracking.
• Directs employee questions to the appropriate team in HR or other areas of the company.
• Manages pre-onboarding communications with Candidates, Hiring Managers, and Tier II support for a seamless new hire experience.
• Collaborates with other HR groups to research issues and answer candidate/employee questions.
• Keeps candidates informed of the progress of applications and requisitions.
• Assists recruiters in reviewing applications and screening candidates.
• Coordinates signing bonuses, referral bonuses, and relocation payments with payroll.
• Identifies and recommends opportunities for process improvements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with or ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand Employment Law.
• Experience in a service business requiring excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to adhere to professional standards, processes, and strict confidentiality.
