About the Role

Support the delivery of capital projects across the Resort, coordinating plans, tracking progress, and managing details from concept to completion. This role is for someone who enjoys organization, stakeholder management, and ensuring details are handled effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the Resort's capital programme by coordinating project plans.
  • Monitor project budgets.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Prepare approval papers with Project Managers and stakeholders.
  • Support tender and contract processes.
  • Coordinate meetings and provide project progress updates.
  • Ensure projects meet compliance and governance requirements.
  • Support planning applications.
  • Manage contractors.
  • Support audits and health & safety processes.
  • Maintain project records and CAPEX tracking.
  • Coordinate site access, inductions, and handover documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating projects, programmes or operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting budgets, raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and administration.
  • Confidence working with contractors, suppliers and operational teams.
  • Good understanding of health & safety requirements and compliance processes.
  • Experience within construction, engineering, facilities, attractions, leisure or other operational environments would be advantageous.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to identify risks and support effective project delivery.
