About the Role
Join our master dental laboratory, dent-a-pur, part of the MVZ "Die Zahnärzte im Schloss". We offer a modern workplace with a great view in Berlin-Steglitz, where you can contribute your skills, take responsibility, and grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the practice laboratory.
- Manage and develop the team.
- Manufacture high-quality full ceramic and combination restorations.
- Apply and further develop digital CAD/CAM workflows.
- Perform quality control and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate closely with dentists on complex cases.
- Work with modern CAD/CAM and digital workflows.
- Independently handle complex patient cases.
- Perform aesthetic and functional design of dental prosthetics.
- Ensure quality control and meticulous finishing.
Requirements
- Completed training as a dental technician.
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with leadership experience (for Meister).
- Experience in full ceramics and combination prosthetics.
- Proficient in digital dentistry and CAD/CAM.
- High awareness of quality and aesthetics.
- Leadership competence, team spirit, and initiative (for Meister).
- Sense of responsibility and independent work style.
- Interest and ideally experience with digital dentistry/CAD/CAM (for Techniker).
- Meticulous, independent, and reliable work style.
- Team spirit and enjoyment of high-quality dental technology.
- Willingness for professional development.
