About the Role
The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a Luggage Porter to assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and support the Concierge with guest services. This role involves handling guest requests, delivering messages, and managing luggage for tour groups.
Responsibilities
- Describe all hotel services to guests and provide requested information.
- Page guests, deliver messages, packages, or other items to guestrooms or other areas.
- Assist departing guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
- Assist the Concierge by answering the telephone, taking messages, and providing information.
- Perform reasonable tasks as required by the Concierge to provide maximum guest service.
- Handle luggage for tour group check-ins according to established procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Confident individual adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
