About the Role

We are seeking an artificial intelligence solution prototyping and sales support consultant to focus on customer problem-solving, solution enhancements, and growth opportunities. You will demonstrate and adapt our advanced computer-vision AI pipeline to address customer challenges, creating key prototypes and proofs-of-concept for their success. A passion for excellent customer experience and strong technical abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate solutions to potential customers.
Identify customer issues and opportunities for product improvements.
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer-specific requirements.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system and email.
Improve team efficiency through AI methods, FAQs, online community, and documentation.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.
1 year of experience in solution engineering, presales, customer support, or another technical role with customer contact.
Knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in English.
