About the Role
Artefact is a next-generation consulting firm specializing in data, analytics, and AI consulting, dedicated to transforming data into business impact. We are launching in the US and seeking a cornerstone for our founding team to lead high-impact client engagements and shape analytical strategy.
Responsibilities
- Defining client needs through in-depth discovery and structured interviews.
- Performing advanced data analysis and rigorous research to solve strategic challenges.
- Building, formulating, and presenting data-driven strategic recommendations.
- Developing new business proposals that translate Artefact's capabilities into persuasive value propositions.
- Contributing to thought leadership and content development on business-relevant topics.
- Taking full ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment, schedule, and client expectations.
- Mentoring and developing junior consultants and interns.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance.
- 3–5 years of full-time experience in consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech.
- Clear track record of client-facing delivery and independent problem-solving.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across diverse, multicultural teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Genuine passion for data, digital, and the broader tech and AI economy.
- A natural teaching orientation and demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
- Deep knowledge of strategy consulting and/or digital marketing is highly desirable.
