About the Role
As a leading global financial services company, BNY influences nearly 20% of the world’s investible assets. Our teams harness cutting-edge AI and breakthrough technologies to drive transformative solutions. We are seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to join our Digital Assets team.
Responsibilities
- Own development and delivery of Digital Assets products.
- Formulate and define scope and objectives for product deliverables with a thorough understanding of business processes.
- Provide guidance on blockchain and DLT capabilities to determine the best path forward, considering feasibility, maturity, cost, and time to market.
- Work with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze, define, and prioritize business requirements and functional specifications across Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
- Design and build future state business architecture to support new and existing Blockchain and DLT use cases.
- Define operating models to enable client experience of novel products.
Requirements
- Demonstrate relevant experience working in payments, fintech, and/or financial services.
- Experience in designing payments/liquidity products with a yield component is preferred.
- Proven experience in product design and development with deep technical aptitude in developing new products.
- Execution-focused with experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (product managers, designers, engineers).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements across cross-functional partners.
