About the Role

Consult clients on defining and implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and strategies using Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM. Analyze existing ALM landscapes, identify optimization potential, and support the selection and introduction of ALM tools and technologies. Conduct training and workshops, and collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Consult clients on defining and implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and strategies, using Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
Analyze existing ALM landscapes and identify optimization potential in Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM environments.
Support the selection and introduction of suitable ALM tools and technologies, particularly Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
Conduct training and workshops to impart ALM knowledge to clients and team members, considering Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM functionalities.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their individual requirements and offer tailored solutions based on Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
Continuously develop own expertise in ALM, especially regarding Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.

Requirements

Fluent German and English language skills.
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience as an SAP Solution Manager consultant or in related ALM areas.
Sound knowledge of ALM methods, processes, and tools, especially Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
Experience in implementing and configuring SAP Solution Manager, as well as Jira and Cloud ALM.
High customer orientation and consulting competence.
Solution-oriented team player with an innovative mindset and attention to detail.
