About the Role
As an HR Specialist, you will be part of our HR team, supporting the entire employee lifecycle as a generalist. You will work closely with managers and employees in stores and the head office, taking ownership of HR topics and continuously improving our people processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting process for stores and the head office, from job posting to onboarding.
- Support administrative HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle and maintain HR-related documents and data.
- Organize and support training and development measures, and assist in refining learning and development processes.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on operational HR questions and provide support on labor law and personnel matters.
- Contribute to HR projects and actively develop and optimize existing processes, tools, and standards.
Requirements
- Completed degree in HR, business, psychology, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR function with exposure to recruiting, people operations, and personnel development.
- Good knowledge of operational HR processes and a solid understanding of German labor law.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent work style with strong communication and service orientation.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills for international collaboration.
