About the Role

We are looking for a Business Tutor to join our team at Kaplan International College London. The role involves providing stimulating and effective teaching to international students preparing for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at partner universities. We seek individuals with knowledge in Business Organizations and Management, Marketing, Strategic Management, Project Management, and the Business Environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide stimulating, effective teaching to international students.
  • Plan, facilitate, and review engaging learning experiences.
  • Develop and continually enhance innovative learning materials that support active, inclusive, and engaging learning.

Requirements

  • Experience of teaching post-16 students.
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of international students in transition to studying Higher Education in the UK.
  • Demonstrable experience of using digital technologies, including AI, to enhance learning, assessment and student engagement.
  • Willingness to embrace innovation.
  • Must be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Must undertake an Enhanced Disclosure (including children’s barred list) via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Must complete a Prohibition from Teaching Check through the Teaching Regulation Agency.
  • It is an offense to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

Salary/Compensations

  • £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
