About the Role

We are seeking a People Systems Analyst to join our Operations Team, providing global support and technical expertise for HR, ERP, absence, and compensation systems, including SAP Success Factors, Deltek Maconomy, and Lawson.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and configuration of People Systems supporting HR, compensation, and absence management functions.
  • Provide administrative support for HR, compensation, and absence management systems, including issue resolution and troubleshooting.
  • Update system data manually and via bulk upload for mass changes.
  • Perform data auditing and cleansing for HR, compensation, and absence management data.
  • Administer talent mobility functionality within People Systems.
  • Provide administrative support for year-end processes impacting People Systems and the ERP.
  • Assist in building queries, manipulating data, and generating reports and metrics.
  • Identify process and reporting gaps and inefficiencies to inform system changes and business process revisions.
  • Maintain and create HR systems information sites and training materials.
  • Participate in testing of People Systems changes, including fixes and major releases.
  • Support People Systems projects to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new systems.

Requirements

  • Experience working with People Systems, ideally in HR, compensation, and absence management functions.
  • Experience supporting a business-as-usual People Systems Operations team serving multiple clients.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Understanding of HR processes.
  • Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy.
  • High standard of customer service.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to follow processes from start to finish.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating raw data into clear and meaningful information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to consider the wider picture.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
