About the Role
Deliver audits to Healthcare clients, develop the sector and team, and manage key clients. Help drive the sector forward by developing schemes, representing BSI at events, and sharing best practices.
Responsibilities
- Carry out management system audits for Healthcare clients
- Act as a subject matter expert for clients and internal customers
- Develop the sector and manage key clients
- Ensure excellent delivery of audits
- Develop new and existing schemes
- Represent BSI for Healthcare events and marketing
- Conduct audits and reports, either on client’s site or from home
- Train in further schemes
- Work with large accounts
- Share best practice with colleagues
- Support clients at all levels in their business
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the healthcare sector
- Good working knowledge of quality, environment and health & safety management systems and auditing
- Auditing experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Experience with ISO 7101 Quality in healthcare is a focus
- Hold a full driving licence
- Comfortable with daily travel or staying away from home for work
- Comfortable conducting audits alone as the BSI representative
