Responsibilities
- Sales activities for operating tables and imaging systems, which are GSS business unit Focus products.
- Aim for market development for continuous sales building and growth through strengthening relationships with customers, distributors, business partners, and KOLs.
- Formulate and execute sales activity plans in the assigned territory.
- Promote assigned products to hospital medical staff (doctors, nurses, MEs, etc.) and provide post-sale follow-up.
- Understand the needs and requirements of each user.
- Closely collaborate with distributors and business partners necessary for sales activities.
- Provide timely reports and collaborate with sales managers and marketing teams.
- Explore and propose additional sales channels (distributors, business partners) as needed.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with KOLs.
- Gather information on competitor trends and market conditions in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in medical devices used in operating rooms.
- Experience with operating room equipment products, especially operating tables and related products, is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to about 2-3 days per week, depending on the territory and situation).
- Must be a team player with excellent cooperation skills.
