  • Develop and maintain internal SOP's, escalation protocols, and workflow documentation for the detection, triage, and takedown of AI generated deepfakes and voice clones exploiting artist names, images, and likenesses.
  • Build and oversee the internal tool set and tracking systems, including logs, dashboards, and intake forms used to monitor AI activity, ensuring consistent documentation of sources, evidence, and resolution of outcomes across the team.
  • Track emerging AI content-generation platforms and tools being used to produce unauthorized content, flagging new abuse vectors to senior team members.
  • Stay informed of new and emerging content protection, tools and vendor solutions entering the market, and coordinate the evaluation of their potential fit for the team's monitoring, detection, and takedown workflows.
  • Provide periodic coverage for our global content protection inbox, including on a flexible/non-traditional work week as needed.
