About the Role
This role focuses on driving pipeline for FLUX by managing enterprise and partner-facing events and co-marketing initiatives. You will work closely with GTM, Partnerships, and creative technologists to ensure impactful and measurable appearances for new releases.
Responsibilities
- Shape the event calendar end-to-end, including opportunity tiering, selection, and full lifecycle management (booths, demos, speaker slots, briefings, follow-up).
- Design event experiences that showcase models through interactive demos and installations, collaborating with Creative Technologists and FDEs.
- Build the pre/post-event machine for target lists, on-site meeting orchestration, and pipeline attribution, with a focus on measurable impact (MQLs).
- Organize BFL-hosted events such as customer dinners, launch events, and executive roundtables.
- Manage co-marketing initiatives with distribution and cloud partners, including joint announcements, launch amplification, case studies, and shared event presence.
- Coordinate partner marketing calendars to align with BFL launches for maximum reach.
- Develop repeatable co-marketing playbooks per partner tier and negotiate marketing commitments.
- Contribute to pitch decks and solution marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the social marketing team to synchronize events, partner moments, and social media activities.
- Provide feedback from the field to GTM and product marketing regarding enterprise engagement and inquiries.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in field/event marketing, partner marketing, or integrated campaigns at a B2B tech company.
- Proven experience running events end-to-end and demonstrating pipeline generation.
- Experience with co-marketing initiatives involving large partners.
- Understanding of enterprise marketing dynamics, including buying committees, executive briefings, and attribution.
- Strong execution skills, including building run-of-show and briefing staff.
- Comfort with ambiguity, tight timelines, and high-pressure launch periods.
- Experience marketing generative AI, creative tooling, or developer-facing infrastructure is a plus.
- Existing relationships in the creative AI community is a plus.
- Experience working with cloud or platform partners on joint GTM is a plus.
- Experience building a referenced event or campaign is a plus.
- Experience working in the US market or with significant US market ownership is a plus.
