About the Role

This role focuses on driving pipeline for FLUX by managing enterprise and partner-facing events and co-marketing initiatives. You will work closely with GTM, Partnerships, and creative technologists to ensure impactful and measurable appearances for new releases.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the event calendar end-to-end, including opportunity tiering, selection, and full lifecycle management (booths, demos, speaker slots, briefings, follow-up).
  • Design event experiences that showcase models through interactive demos and installations, collaborating with Creative Technologists and FDEs.
  • Build the pre/post-event machine for target lists, on-site meeting orchestration, and pipeline attribution, with a focus on measurable impact (MQLs).
  • Organize BFL-hosted events such as customer dinners, launch events, and executive roundtables.
  • Manage co-marketing initiatives with distribution and cloud partners, including joint announcements, launch amplification, case studies, and shared event presence.
  • Coordinate partner marketing calendars to align with BFL launches for maximum reach.
  • Develop repeatable co-marketing playbooks per partner tier and negotiate marketing commitments.
  • Contribute to pitch decks and solution marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the social marketing team to synchronize events, partner moments, and social media activities.
  • Provide feedback from the field to GTM and product marketing regarding enterprise engagement and inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in field/event marketing, partner marketing, or integrated campaigns at a B2B tech company.
  • Proven experience running events end-to-end and demonstrating pipeline generation.
  • Experience with co-marketing initiatives involving large partners.
  • Understanding of enterprise marketing dynamics, including buying committees, executive briefings, and attribution.
  • Strong execution skills, including building run-of-show and briefing staff.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, tight timelines, and high-pressure launch periods.
  • Experience marketing generative AI, creative tooling, or developer-facing infrastructure is a plus.
  • Existing relationships in the creative AI community is a plus.
  • Experience working with cloud or platform partners on joint GTM is a plus.
  • Experience building a referenced event or campaign is a plus.
  • Experience working in the US market or with significant US market ownership is a plus.
