About the Role

As a Sales Associate at GAP, you will create a memorable and engaging experience for every customer, acting as the face of the brand. You'll connect with shoppers, share product knowledge, and support store operations. Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales, fitting rooms and tills
  • Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
  • Maintain a clean and organised welcoming store environment
  • Follow all store procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
  • Support operational processes including restocking, back of house tasks, and store presentation
  • Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpretation skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
  • Passion for retail and delivering high standards in everything you do
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and varied shifts
  • Must evidence right to work in the UK
  • Cannot have had an unsuccessful online assessment in the last 6 months
