About the Role
As a Group Treasury Manager reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will manage treasury operations across the Group, including liquidity, cash flow, external debt facilities, and treasury-related financial reporting. This role is key to supporting the growth of a complex, international organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage Group cash flow, liquidity and funding requirements.
- Oversee intercompany funding and treasury transactions across multiple entities.
- Monitor compliance with banking covenants and external financing arrangements.
- Produce treasury-related cash forecasting, reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Manage treasury accounting and financial reporting for treasury entities.
- Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and support year-end audit processes.
- Prepare treasury disclosures for consolidated Group reporting under IFRS.
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls and reporting.
Requirements
- Qualified treasury or finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant experience operating within a large, international organisation.
- Strong technical expertise combined with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing debt facilities, liquidity and intercompany funding structures.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP financial reporting.
- Previous experience preparing statutory accounts and working with external auditors.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Experience Level
