About the Role
We are seeking a Real Estate Consultant specializing in Technical Due Diligence to support technical valuations and acquisition/disposal reviews for all asset classes and project developments.
Responsibilities
- Planning, guiding, and executing projects within Technical Due Diligence.
- Participating in the acquisition and disposal review of existing properties and project developments across all asset classes (Construction sector), including document review, site inspections, technical assessment (cost estimation & review of building and planning law requirements), and report generation.
- Presenting and discussing TDD results with clients in German and English.
- Planning, guiding, and executing internal quality control (costs and reports – Construction sector).
- Contributing to the development of new business areas, such as life-cycle assessments of real estate portfolios.
Requirements
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Architecture, Business Engineering, or a comparable qualification, e.g., completed technical vocational training.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a similar position or in technical property management, corporate real estate, or similar.
- Enjoyment of collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams across different locations.
- Flexibility in thinking and independent action, combined with a good external presence and strong communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, acquisition talent, and customer-oriented behavior.
- Structured, independent, and analytical way of working.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
