About the Role
Vita Student is seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for residents, ensuring the upkeep of premium sites and facilities to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and personalized service to residents, anticipating and delivering to their needs.
- Offer information on local attractions and handle inquiries to create a seamless and positive experience.
- Maintain the upkeep of the site and facilities, ensuring communal areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure facilities are being looked after respectfully by students and guests.
- Be available to deliver solutions to issues or challenges that may arise.
- Conduct block walks every 4-6 hours, surveying and reporting on every area of the building.
- Replenish refreshment stock, including coffee beans, tea bags, milk, and vending machine food products.
- Manage and store parcels correctly for easy student access to deliveries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any potential incident or emergency onsite.
- Maintain waste management areas adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Address, clean, tidy, and reorganize potential hazards as required.
Requirements
- An experienced customer service professional, well-versed in delivering premium experiences.
- Demonstrate a hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of communal areas.
- Technologically astute, comfortable using various technology systems and software.
- Deliver a diverse and equal approach to colleagues and residents.
