About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Concierge to join our dynamic team in London, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and making a difference in people's daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home.
- Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
- Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns to the building manager as needed.
- Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
- Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring smooth communication and pick up.
- Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
- Perform safety checks, including H&S hazards, fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
- Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
Requirements
- Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
- Must live no more than a 60-minute commute from the site.
