About the Role
Ironsite is seeking an exceptional Senior Design Engineer to shape the look, feel, and functionality of our products across customer, workforce, and internal interfaces. This role requires a blend of design and engineering expertise, with a focus on ownership, speed, and a high bar for craft and polish.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the Ironsite product surface across customer, workforce, and internal products.
- Ship across the full breadth of what Ironsite exposes to the world.
- Own and maintain the design system to ensure coherence as the company scales.
- Design and implement polished interactions, from micro-interactions to end-to-end user flows.
- Prototype and ship new features end-to-end, managing the process from ideation to production.
- Partner with design, product, and engineering to set and enforce a high quality bar across the company.
Requirements
- Portfolio of shipped work demonstrating execution.
- Data visualization experience, particularly for data-centric products.
- Motion design skills for creating engaging interactions.
- Experience shipping design systems adopted across multiple product surfaces or teams.
